Welcome to my blog! This is a place where I can share my learning journey. My blog is a collection of questions, ideas, learning in progress and finished work. Please make comments so I can learn more and improve my work. Thanks!
Konnichiwa Charlotte My name is also Charlotte. I am from Waikowhai Primary. I really like your slideshow. I thought it was quite clever how you took the photo’s. Have you thought of tracking how far you could catapult? I had some fun with a catapult but I made mine out of Rubber bands, Iceblock sticks and a milk bottle lid. I would appreciate it if you could visit my blog (http://wpscharlotten.blogspot.co.nz/) !!! Feel free to comment I hope you have benefited from my comment From Charlotte
Ni hao my name is Dora, I really enjoyed your slide show on experiments. How did you pick up the dried ice because it is very dangerous and it could burn you to the flesh? I am very impressed by the facts you have taught me I have learnt quite a lot from your slide show. I was wondering why you did these experiments. If you would like to check blog the links http://wpsdoras.blogspot.co.nz/ Here is something I have seen this video on dry ice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76CNkxizQuc Blog you later
Hello Charlotte my name is Joyce from Waikowhai Primary School.
I liked how you used fonts that I could read, and how you used bright backgrounds. I also liked that you put pictures on your slideshow because it made it easier to see what was going on. I love science, do you? I wonder how you picked up the dry ice? I thought that it is scientifically proven that it is so cold that it could burn you to your flesh. I really like your slideshow, but maybe next time you could check your punctuation and make sure that everything makes sense. When we learnt about dry ice we watched this super cool video you should check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76CNkxizQuc Make sure that you visit my blog http://wpsjoycew.blogspot.co.nz/ -please feel free to comment on my learning.
Aloha! My name is Rebecca and I go to Waikowhai Primary school. I really like how you presented your work in a different way. The M&M experiment reminded me of when I ate some green M&M’s and my tongue turned green because of the food colouring. Maybe next time you could share your prediction/thoughts before you did the experiment so we got an idea of how you felt. What did you find challenging? I also enjoyed seeing you work as a team and it looks like you had a lot of fun. Here is a link to my blog: http://wpsrebeccac.blogspot.co.nz/ Thanks again, From Rebecca
Bonjour! My name is Safa and i go to Waikowhai primary school. I love how you put pictures in your slide and the way you put enough text on each slide to make it even. The M&M experiment reminded me of when I ate some M&M’s and I got colour on my fingers because of the food colouring. Maybe next time could you share some of the results you got for the experiment. How did you feel while doing the experiment and was it messy? If you would like to see my blog ,here is the link:http://wpssafan.blogspot.co.nz/ Thank you for sharing your learning with us. From Safa
Kia orana my name is Kyana and I’m a student at waikowhai primary school, and I really like how you presented your work clearly and nicely and I enjoyed reading how you made the rubber band fly. That reminds me of how I was playing with a rubber band and shot it into the air but then it came back at me with slam. I thought the m&m experiment was awesome and I like how the colour changed of the m&m. It looked like traffic lights. Next time you could share more of your experiment. Here is a link to my blog(http://wpskyanat.blogspot.co.nz/) . From Kyana.
Ni hau Charlotte, my name is Serene and I am a Waikowhai student. I really liked how you made the Catapult. I may try this one day it looks fun it reminded me about when I was playing with a rubber band and…..SLAM, It slammed my thumb.
If you want to check out my blog, This is it (http://wpsserenec.blogspot.co.nz/)
I really like your blog. It really pulls me in to read more about what you learnt during your science experiments. It was awesome how you put in the images and next time it would be great to see more. Please visit my blog- http://odsandremo.blogspot.co.nz/ Blog you later
Hi my name is Jodie I am a student at Owairaka Primary school.

My Blog blog you later Jodie.
Kia ora, my name is Hannah and I go to Owairaka District School.
I think your blog post is really cool! I liked how you explained the things you used to make your experiments, I also liked how you put in pictures showing what you have made. Did you have some help with the dry ice? Because i heard dry ice is really cold and you could burn your skin. Also those experiments look really cool, I could do some next time. It would be great if you could visit my blog sometime and leave a comment, (https://odsolivial.blogspot.co.nz)
Your post is really cool, I bet you can tell us more about your work.
Hi my name is Josephine from Christ the King School. I really liked how you described all of the equipment that you used. One of your slides didn't make that much sense but other than that, I loved every other slide and how you added pictures. Maybe I could do those experiments next time to try it out. Thanks for sharing your presentation. Please check out my blog at http://ctkjosephinea.blogspot.co.nz/
Hi my name is Mila from Christ the King Catholic School, Owairaka, I really liked how you shared what you did for science and how you presented it. Did you know if you got a skewer and rub the tip of it in oil and then poke it in a blown up balloon it won’t pop. When you were making the catapult did you catch your thumb on the rubber band, because it reminded me of that. When I was reading the dry ice experiment it didn’t make too much sense could you try and improve on it so it makes more sense? Thanks for sharing please check out my blog at http://ctkmillaj.blogspot.co.nz/
Talofa lava Charlotte, My name is May and I am a student at Owairaka primary school. I was visiting your blog and I really like how you have added photo's to show on your slide. The photo's look like you had such a good time. Have you ever thought of taking a video to share?. Maybe next time you can make the colours lighter.
Hi My name is Ali and I think your science journal is great.I liked the way you presented your science journal.Do you think your experiment was successful?I like doing experiments myself.
Awesome science experiments Charlotte, the M&M experiment is my favourite. Do you know what the M is made of? I look forward to seeing more blog posts on your class blog. What colour was the smoke? If you used more descriptive language it would help me paint a picture in my mind of your experiments. Keep up the great work!
I think that the part with the dried ice must have been awesome. I can imagine what it would be like in my head. Maybe you could add in more descriptive words so that others could imagine what happened. I also thought that it was a good idea to do the graph of the spinner experiment.
Great job I really like the science experiments you did it must have been really fun. Next time you could put some more describing words on your blog post. Have you tried the experiment vinegar volcano? Even though it is an old experiment it is such a awesome experiment. Keep up the great work Charlotte!
These are some very cool science experiments that you've done. I really like how you didn’t give up because the catapult didn’t work so good the first time, but you kept on trying and eventually you got there! I think that you should try the egg in a bottle experiment, it’s quite fun! Next time you should re-read some more because the fifth slide didn’t make much sense to me. Keep up the great work Charlotte!
Hi my name is Aliyah. I am a student in room 11 at South Hornby School. I think the sling shot sounded fun to make. The experiment reminded me of my first science experiment when I made a playdough volcano. Make sure you re-read your work to check spelling next time.
Hi there, my name is Reuben and I am a student in Room 11 at South Hornby School. I really like the science journal that you used to do the catapult. It made me think of my first time doing science. Have you considered using more capitals in your titles, rather than just the first word?
